Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. That’s why we proudly offer absolute satisfaction guarantees that ensure our customers will receive a purchased item on time and as described.

Our primary goal is making our customers happy, so everyone who shops with us receives the following guarantees:

  • Full refund to the original form of payment if the item is not as described or damaged;
  • Full refund minus a 20% restocking fee if the customer does not want the product they received. Each customer must return the item at his/her expense to our warehouse and the item must be unused.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you experienced any of the above scenarios, you must report the issue within 14 days of receipt. Otherwise, you agree that the product is deemed delivered and satisfactory.

Canceling an Order

Once you complete your checkout process, we begin fulfilling your order immediately and your account will be charged at this time.  As a result, order cancellations are not possible once an order has been submitted.

Fast Fingers?

Did you accidentally order twice? We will do our best to try to catch these on our end, but we need your help. Customers are responsible for contacting 4 Little One immediately if they have accidentally submitted duplicate orders.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that each bank is different and refunds may take up to 7 days to post to your account.

Late or missing refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at finance@4littleone.com.

Refunds are not available under the following circumstances:

  • Your order does not arrive due to an incorrect address provided by the customer;
  • Your order does not arrive on time due to exceptional circumstances beyond our control (e.g. delayed by a natural disaster).

How do refunds, returns, and exchanges work on 4littleone.com?

  • In cases of damaged or incorrect product, you are required to submit photo evidence within 14 days of receiving the item. If the claim is approved, a refund will be issued.
  • If the product packaging is damaged but the product itself is intact, you must submit a claim to the shipping carrier directly.
  • Missing order: In case a package is delivered (based on tracking number update) but customer claims that they did not receive the item, the customer must submit a claim to the shipping carrier directly. This is a time sensitive matter and must be reported to the shipping carrier IMMEDIATELY (within 24 hours or less). If it is not IMMEDIATELY reported within the timeframe, your orders will be deemed delivered and in satisfactory condition.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect item shipped. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at returns@4littleone.com with photo evidence within 14 days of receipt to support your claim. Once we have approved your exchange, we will send further details for returning the item received back to our warehouse.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift card for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver in their original form of payment. You will have to speak with them regarding receiving any funds for the returned item(s).

How do I request a refund, return, or exchange?

Contact us at returns@4littleone.com and include your name, order number, item(s) being returned/exchanged, reason for return, and photos (required for damaged or incorrect products)

Once your return has been approved ONLY!


To return your APPROVED product, you should mail your product to:

AND PROVIDE THE TRACKING NUMBER FOR YOUR RETURN to us via email at returns@4littleone.com. The tracking number is REQUIRED.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For damaged items or items not as described, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not liable for items lost in transit to our warehouse. We recommend purchasing insurance in addition to the tracking for your return.

Once the tracking number has been provided (or once we have received the returned product), a replacement product will be shipped or a refund will be credited back to the card or original method of payment on file.

In order for 4 Little One to ship a replacement product or process a refund for damaged or incorrect product(s) we require a tracking number for the item returned.
